  • Initiating phase 1 of long-range planning.
    • Assessing where ORHA aims to be.
    • Identifying necessary steps to reach those objectives.

Information is being collected during ORHA meetings and through individual discussions with Local Association Presidents. The intent is to define the Association’s goals and develop a strategic plan for their implementation. These action plans will...

Form Pad Pricing Update

Tia Politi, ORHA Forms Committee Chair

Attention Valued Local Associations,

At our board meeting in May, the board voted to increase forms pad prices by 25%. We have not raised prices for four years and need to keep up with increasing costs for production and shipping.

The Forms Committee had been asked to present proposed increases of 35%, 40%, and 45%, but in the end the board approved a 25% increase. Current pad prices are $32.00 for Rental Agreements and Application to Rent, and $22.00 for Addendums and Termination forms, including shipping.

Beginning July 1, 2025, forms pad orders to the local associations are priced as follows:

  • Rental Agreements and Application to Rent – $40.00 per pad of 50, including shipping.
  • Addendums and Termination forms – $28.00 per pad of 50, including shipping.

ORHA will only process bulk orders to our Local Associations and will not process direct printed sales to individual consumers.Want to purchase paper forms? Contact your Local Association directly.

Attention: This New Scam Could Affect You or Your Tenants!

Forwarded from The Fair Housing Council of Oregon

We have been contacted by an agency in Eastern Oregon who is working with a consumer who received the attached letter. This letter is a scam.

This letter appears to be offering some sort of increase in funding or pay, it states that distribution of the funding will be done through electronic transfer and asks the person who received the letter to call and update their status…this is code for, “Give me your personal information so I can drain your bank account and/or get you to send me money, and possibly steal your identity.”

The sending party does not clearly identify who they are, and they include information about federally funded housing and the fair housing logo, this makes it look like it could be coming from the housing authority or HUD.

HUD does not electronically send consumers any type of funding nor does the housing authority. Their services are through subsidies that are sent to landlords and through banks for homeownership purposes.

Please share this document with others in your agency, community partners, and the consumers that you provide services for. In addition, if anyone receives a letter like this, please have them report the scam to the Oregon Attorney General’s Office.
