Speaker: Violet Wilson
Violet Wilson is the "V" in V & R Management. Violet is Oregon licensed and works full-time as a property manager. Violet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science from San Jose State University and a Masters of Science in Education from Western Oregon University. She was a high school teacher for over 34 years in California and Oregon schools.
V & R Management, LLC has operated since 1990, specializing in single-family home rentals but they have managed all types of properties.
Violet is the current president of the Oregon Rental Housing Association (ORHA), past-chair of the ORHA Education Committee, and serves on the ORHA Legislative Action Committee. Since 2008, she has taught property management classes for local and state housing provider associations. In addition, she has volunteered to teach classes to help tenants become better residents.
2026 Law Update
Recent landlord/tenant law changes may make property management more challenging. This update will keep you on top of the most recent law changes in rental housing law, assisting you as a housing provider and property manager to stay legal and, hopefully, keep you from losing in court. This seminar will cover the essentials of the Oregon Landlord/Law, with the emphasis on what's new.
