Any course material handouts and the course attendance link will be emailed approximately 1 hour prior to the start of the webinar to join in.

The link will allow you to watch from your home or work computer, even your smart phone. A chat box will allow you to ask questions directly to the instructor.  There will  not be a replay of this webinar and a recording will not be available.

**To receive CE credit you MUST attend the live webinar AND sign-in at the beginning of the webinar and at the end in the side bar as well as provide your RE license #.  You will be e-mailed your CE Credit within 7 days from end of webinar. CE credit will be issued by Central Oregon Rental Owners Association.

Shawn Miller is President of Miller Public Affairs in Salem and has worked the halls of the State Capitol for 30 years.  Miller Public Affairs is built upon getting results in a very competitive environment.  Shawn enjoys the competition of the legislative process as he enjoyed playing NCAA collegiate and professional soccer before becoming a lobbyist.  Sawn has represented ORHA in the State Capitol since 1994 and has influenced countless pieces of legislation.
