Move Out Process, Security Deposits, and Tenant Charges

This class will be a review of the move out process from inspection to assessing tenant damage vs normal wear and tear to completing the accounting and serving the deposit refund or invoice.

This class does NOT cover the eviction process. Look at our events calendar for our 3 Hour Eviction Process class that we teach once every quarter.

This class is available to attend for free due to an education grant from the city of Portland, OR.

CE credits available for licensed Oregon Realtors/Brokers and Property Managers at an additional cost. Don't forget to select the CE Credits add-on option when registering.

There will be scheduled Q&A breaks during the class, but if we can't get to your questions during class we always stick around to answer questions for up to 15 minutes after the class ends.
