Housing discrimination is a serious and common issue in the rental housing market. Landlords often do not recognize how their own practices and biases measure up against state and federal fair housing laws. . Diane will provide real-world examples and offer guiding principles to help landlords understand their responsibilities. Come and learn in a friendly environment with time for questions and discussion. New landlords or those considering becoming a landlord are strongly encouraged to attend!
