Surviving and Thriving In Property Management
Real Estate Education Credits: 2
Many of us stay in conflict because we do not know how to handle the situation. We do the wrong things because we do not know what is the right thing. Some feel needed when in difficult situations and just try to be helpful but it goes all wrong. There are numerous ways to deal with difficult situations and depending on the situation, some ways are better than others. This seminar will go over some real life issues landlords have encountered and the options of dealing with them.
During these challenging times, managing work, clients, family, health, finances, and other demands can feel like we are just “surviving” our lives. Yet there are proven tools to relieve stress that are easily implemented without having to make huge shifts in your life. This workshop will address the challenges and frustrations felt during the pandemic and offer strategies to tackle those pressures to build resilience for the long term.
Key takeaways will include:
· Distinguishing what elements contribute to the pressures
· Gaining an awareness of how everyday pressure impact our work and lives
· Strategies to interrupt the pressure cycle before it leads to burnout
· Creating a plan to put your insights into action.
