A new landlord support fund has just opened up. The Landlord Guarantee Program (LGP) reimburses housing providers for eligible non-payment costs incurred during the safe harbor period required by Senate Bill 278. This presentation will cover the details of the program, what the requirements need to be fulfilled, and how to apply.

For Landlords who have been given 60 days notice and now have to wait:
   What are the steps to take?
   What to do if it fails?
   What if tenant walks out of it?

These questions and many more will be answered in this presentation.
