WEBINAR Workshop:
Thursday, June 10th, 2021
11am to 1pm

In this class, you will learn methods for overcoming barriers
to selling a tenant-occupied rental property, including the
impacts of COVID-19, ways to gain the tenant’s cooperation
in the process, and what to do if they become obstructive or
deny entry. The class also covers what notices to serve to
terminate tenancy and how to prepare and serve notice
that will hold up in eviction court. We’ll examine a realtor’s
fiduciary duties in the process whether acting as a buyer’s
agent or seller’s agent and the risks to all
parties if the process is not handled perfectly.
