Speaker: Violet Wilson
Violet Wilson is the "V" in V & R Management. Violet is Oregon licensed and works full-time as a property manager. Violet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science from San Jose State University and a Masters of Science in Education from Western Oregon University. She was a high school teacher for over 34 years in California and Oregon schools.
V & R Management, LLC has operated since 1990, specializing in single family home rentals but they have managed all types of properties.
Violet is a past vice president of Oregon Rental Housing Association, current chair of the ORHA Education Committee, and serves on the ORHA Legislative Action Committee. Since 2008, she has taught property management classes for local and the state housing provider associations. In addition, she has volunteered to teach classes to help tenants become better residents.
This course comes in 3 parts. Each part may be taken separately or in any order. These classes will keep you on top of the most recent changes in the rental housing law, assisting you as housing provider and property manager to stay legal and out of court! They'll cover the essentials of Oregon's Landlord/Tenant law, with an emphasis on what's new.
