Oregon landlord-tenant law has changed dramatically since March 2020 in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.  The stakes are higher than ever for landlords, who may face up to three months’ rent in damages for even inadvertent violations of the law.  This one-hour class is intended to raise awareness about potential pitfalls facing landlords during the eviction moratorium.
