If you are a Licensed Property Manager or Broker, this LARRC course is required to renew your license.

Topics will include:

1. Difference between statutes and regulations.

2. License law and administrative rule changes affecting real estate licensees.

3. Changes brought by recent law changes.

4. Requirements for continuing education, license renewal, and transfer of license.

3 Real Estate Continuing Education Credit Hours - Credit  is only available for those who sign in and then verify attendance at given points during the presentation.
