If you are a Property Manager or Broker, this LARRC course is required to renew your licenses. 

Topics will include:

  1. Difference between statues and regulations
  2. License law and administrative rule changes affecting real estate licensees.
  3. Changes brought by recent law changes.
  4. Requirements for continuing educations, license renewal, and transfer of license.
