Every now and then, a landlord has to deal with situations that are not typical. This seminar will deal with four of those issues:

1.  Roommates
2.  Temporary residents
3.  Death of a Tenant
4.  Abandoned Property, including vehicles

Come and find out the best procedures for working through the above, forms to use, and when these options should be put in place.
