Under the recently passed Senate Bill 608, evictions are more complicated and a misstep could cost a landlord literally thousands of dollars.  This seminar will cover the changes in terminations under SB608, the general eviction process from the first signs of trouble through the first notice to forcibly removing the tenant, if needed.   The newest termination forms that follow the new law will be reviewed.
