LANDLORD/TENANT LAW UPDATE 2019


Landlord/Tenant Law Update will keep you on top of the most recent changes in rental housing law, assisting property managers and landlords to stay legal and out of court!   

The legislative changes made this year were massive and it will affect most landlords tremendously. 

 This seminar covers the essentials of Oregon’s landlord/tenant law, with an emphasis on what changed this year.

Christian Bryant has been in the Real Estate, Property Management, and the Property Investment industry since 2003. He started IRC Enterprise in 2016 providing investment property services from Portland to Eugene. IRC provides residential and commercial property management. Christian has also served on many support association boards and city commissions and serves on the Landlord/Tenant Coalition that negotiates and writes the laws that change landlord/tenant laws in Portland.  He is currently the President of the Portland Area Rental Owners Association.
