There is a Fire, Flooding and Massive Wind Storm... Are you prepared?

Is this your fault, tenants fault or just an Act of God?

What is your responsibility as a landlord?

What do you do if your tenant won't move if the unit is uninhabitable?

Becky will be educating us on how to prepared for any unforeseen disasters. As landlords we need to know what are our responsibilities are and what steps we need to take when this happens to one of our rentals.

Weather related
Earth Quakes
Flooding
Fires
Water Heaters and broken pipes etc.
