You have a place to rent and now you need to find a tenant. This is the point where things can start to go terribly wrong. This course will explore ways to avoid getting yourself in trouble. Topics covered include the basics of Fair Housing, the Tenant Screening Process, types of Rental Agreements, and the additional forms that should be used to complete a comprehensive rental contract.
