LAW UPDATE

Senate Bill 608, known as the 2019 Tenant Protection Bill, has passed both the Senate and the House.  It goes into effect as soon as the Governor signs. 

Landlords will be expected to follow the new law immediately and it contains some major differences from current statues. 

This seminar will provide a review of Landlord Tenant Law changes to ORS 90 and other upcoming bills that may impact landlords.
