This 2 hour class will teach you everything you need to know about Oregon's new law HB4401 including qualifying and applying for rent relief funds as well as an extension of the eviction moratorium. You will leave with a complete understanding of this new law and we will walk through the application process for rent relief funds.

2 CE credit hours will be provided to Oregon RE & PM licensees, make sure you enter your license number when registering.
