Lead-Base Paint Rules

Ryan Barker, Lead Program Coordinator for "Oregon Health Authority" will be educating us on:

• Lead-base Paint Disclosure Rule
• Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule
• Pre-Renovation Rule
  

In 2010, EPA authorized Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to administer and enforce the Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule in Oregon, along with the Construction Contractors Board. OHA’s Lead-Based Paint Program (LBPP) has regulatory authority over landlords and property management companies who disturb lead-based paint on pre-1978 housing and are subject to the RRP rule. In an effort to ensure these individuals have an understanding and awareness of the RRP rule, Ryan will educate us  to assure we are following these rules.

Cost: $50 LBRHA Members and ORHA Members

           ($85 Members sharing material)

           $75  Non-Members
