Housing discrimination is a serious issue across the rental housing market. Landlords often do not recognize how their own practices and biases measure up against state and federal fair housing laws. The City of Corvallis presents a free training with Diane Hess of the Fair Housing Council of Oregon. Diane will provide real-world examples and offer guiding principles to help landlords understand their responsibilities. Come and learn in a friendly environment with time for questions and discussion. New landlords are strongly encouraged to attend!
