Finding and Securing Your Tenant:

You have a place to rent and now you need to find a tenant.  This is the point where things can go terribly wrong.  This course will explore ways to avoid getting yourself in trouble and how to get a tenant into your unit.   Topics covered include:  the basics of Fair Housing, the tenant screening process, types of rental agreements and how to make changes, and other additional forms that should be used to complete a comprehensive rental contract.
