Getting a tenant into a unit is only the first part of managing a rental. After that you have to know how to manage the tenant. This seminar deals with the processes of dealing with the most typical tenant issues. Such as not paying rent, noise disturbances, pet concerns, and, how to legally terminate the tenancy. The focus will be on how to use ORHA forms to accomplish these tasks.
