What can a Landlord do? 

Federal law says marijuana is illegal but recent state laws say it is now legal to use. The laws are changing quickly and old laws are being reinterpreted. It is easy to be confused.

This workshop reviews the most current laws and describes the parameters for landlord. Examples of difficulties that landlords face will be presented and discussed.
