These mistakes can add weeks or even months to the time it takes until your tenant is evicted. Some can even result in counter-suits that cost landlords thousands of dollars.

This class will cover everything eviction related from beginning to end. What can you evict for? Which form do you use? How much notice are you required to give your tenant? When do you file your eviction with the county? How do you fill out those county forms? How to prepare for and successfully navigate the hearing, mediation, and trial? After you win your judgement how do you actually get the tenant removed from the property so you can change the locks?
