What did you say in your Ad?? Be aware before you put it in print.

There are certain rules that you need to comply with, when comes to State, Federal, Local, Fair Housing laws and the Oregon Real Estate Board. 

If you are licensed Property Manager or Broker,  there are additional rules you have to follow when advertising. 

Did you know that certain words and phrases in ads can get you in hot water?

This class is intended to help you to be  aware of the sensitive to important legal obligation concerning discriminatory real estate advertising.
