LARRC is the only class specifically required for licensed property managers or licensed brokers as a part of their mandated 30 hours of continuing education toward license renewal every two years. 

The 2018 LARRC curriculum will focus on recent real estate law changes. Current LARRC topics include new licensing and continuing education requirements, record compliance requirement, license exemption and new laws on broker licensing and supervision.

Speaker: Jack Graham, Attorney

Jack is an expert in real estate and property management law. He has worked as a manager at both the Oregon Real Estate Agency and Washington Real Estate Division and has spent many years in private practice. Jack earned his law degree and M.B.A. at the University of Oregon and is licensed to practice in both Oregon and Washington.

He is a dynamic instructor and relates legal issues in an easy to understand and entertaining way that keeps the audience engaged. LARRC is a required 3 hour class for every Real Estate Broker and Licensee in Oregon.

            Noon to 3 p.m. Speaker

Cost:  Includes Lunch and class Materials

           $50 - LBRHA Member and other ORHA members

           $75 - Non-Member 

 

Real Estate Continuing Education Credits: 3
