Tia Politi is a licensed property manager with more than twelve years of management experience. She specializes in residential property management and tenant eviction services, and also manages her own rental properties. Tia serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Lane County chapter of the Rental Owners Association, and is Chair the Programming and Bulletin Committees, and Co-Chair of the Education Committee. She is a state delegate for the Oregon Rental Housing Association and the Forms Committee Chair. Tia is a volunteer instructor for St. Vincent de Paul's 'Renters Rehab' program, and serves on the Law Library Committee at the Lane County Courthouse. She also teaches classes to other property owners and managers on topics including evictions, the move-in process, tenant issues, and fair housing & advertising.
