This  class is an excellent training foundation for beginners and serves as an exceptional review of current laws and management. From advertising your vacant property, through problems during occupancy to ending the tenancy, this class will help you step-by-step.

 "If it is broken, fix it!" We will cover your responsibility to provide a safe and functioning rental space, assess what maintenance is required and develop a plan to resolve. You will learn when it is okay to use a "bandaid" and how to correct the problem.
