It's never ideal to have to evict a tenant, but what is even worse is trying to evict a tenant and making a mistake. The eviction process requires exact attention to details and process. An innocent mistake along the way can cost you not only time having to repeat the process, but lost rent, court costs, and often having to pay your tenant's attorney fees. Attorney Robert Mauger will walk you through the eviction process: through drafting a proper notice, filing the paperwork with the court, pre-trial appearances, trial, and regaining possession after a successful eviction. Robert will also answer questions about the process and explain whether and when you should get your own attorney involved.
