 This seminar will focus on what you need to know to screen applications for your rental property.  Topics covered will be;  Rental Application requirements, written Screening Guidelines, required disclosures, pre-screening applications, how to legally deny an application, and how to verify reasonable accommodation requests (“I need to have my Saint Bernard in this apartment!”).  Finding the best tenant for your rental isn’t hard and it shouldn’t be scary, this seminar will answer your questions and give you the professional tools and strategies you need.  Bring your questions, we’ve got answers.

SPEAKER: Christian Bryant

Christian Bryant has been in the Real Estate, Property Management, and the Property Investment industry since 2006. He started IRC Enterprise in 2016 providing investment property services from Portland to Eugene.  IRC provides residential and commercial property management. Christian has also served on many support association boards and city commission.
